ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answering telephone calls and following telephone etiquette
  • Direct the caller to the concerned person, well‐versed with the extensions of the employees
  • Respond to queries promptly and in a friendly manner
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person visitors comfortable till their contact person attends to them
  • Arranging and recording details of appointments
