Human Resources Manager

REPORTS TO: CEO

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which include, but not limited to, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborating with the operation manager.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and inductions
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Develop, Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Supervise Departmental KPIs assignment, follow up and report KPIs achievement and report to Senior Management
  • Maintain a clear Career Path to the company’s employees, and acquire Training programs that are meant to develop employees competences
  • Provide detailed HR reports to senior management.
  • Oversees training and development of employees
  • Administer Payroll, vacations, sick leaves, holidays Calendars and other paperwork of the company
  • Administer employee and Senior Management financial elements such as compensation, benefits, and pension schemes.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA Degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate difficult circumstances with a calm demeanor and in a methodical, analytical manner
  • History of exhibiting impartial, ethical, and empathetic behavior in the workplace
  • Approachable, discreet, and confidential
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of local community and culture
  • Demonstrate sound judgment
