ECOM Specialist

As E-Commerce Manager, you are requested to drive the growth of the E-Commerce business at intouch, by
  • Enhancing customer experience
  • Managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans, Comm Strategies and Execution, and Ad Strategies and execution.
  • Generating data-driven commercial insights
  • Managing relationships with partners for the business
The E-Commerce Manager works in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where you oversee the end-to-end commercialisation and operationalisation of the E-Commerce business. You are expected to be energetic, collaborative and results-oriented team leader. You are also expected to be technology-savvy with strong business acumen and to be able to effectively manage multiple projects.   Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise e-commerce functions including, but not limited to, optimizing conversion, supporting acquisition and lead gen efforts, webmaster and updating site content, managing social pages and products, maintaining inventory levels, supervising 3rd party service providers and overseeing user flow/customer experience
  • Handle Testing and UAT
  • Oversee the digital customer experience including, but not limited to, supporting order lookup and customer service inquiries, coordinating transactional and relationship emails, providing FAQs, overseeing digital properties and managing all post- transactional activities
  • Independently ensure the successful implementation of projects including and managing timelines, scopes, budgets, communications, quality, issues, risks, critical paths, and resource constraints
  • Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global, regional and local landscape
  • Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze operations efficiency, combined with that of the client’s, in relation to sales figures, suggest, and enhance
  • Assess potential partnership prospects and report to project director
  • Define and revise order fulfilment policies and procedures
  • Design business questions to be used for data mining and analysis
  • Develop and implement roadmap for online store's functionality
  • Develop service operations scheme; revisit quarterly for enhancements
  • Develop, manage and measure performance of technology vendor relationships
  • Drive e-commerce sales performance
  • Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical campaigns
  • Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes
  • Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programmes over digital platforms
  • Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies
  • Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance
  • Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Marketing or Business Administration or another Related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong understanding of Digital Projects, Digital Media Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Content Production and Management, and Project Management best practices
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media is a must
  • Experience in Digital Transformation is a plus
  • Certified ecom strategist in at least one recognizable institution or online
